UPDATE
Entries have closed! Winners will be announced as soon as possible; it takes time to choose from such magnificent entries! Thanks again everyone for entering, and I hope you all had a happy and safe Halloween!

Stay tuned for the announcement of November's Theme Battle very soon!

I apologize that things have been rather quiet lately. Kjherstin is still on limited internet connection, and I'm (Kethaera) having a rough time financially at the moment, and having to spend a lot of time on commissioned projects in order to pay the bills. I still have great things in mind for the club, especially for the upcoming winter holidays, so don't worry! I haven't forgotten about you all!

THEME BATTLE DESCRIPTION
October's Theme Battle is -- Halloween Moods! The challenge is to depict a certain mood in your piece. Is your Halloween a bright, cheery festival? A sad and gloomy graveyard? A spooky haunted house? How can you depict your chosen mood using lighting, color, and camera perspective? This month's Special Bonus Skill is perspective; experiment with viewing your scene from a different angle instead of just dead on for extra consideration in the contest!

To get you inspired, here's a few 3D pieces that use perspective for very interesting results:

NOTES
Although it is not required for the contest, most dA stock providers ask that you credit them in your description, so please respect them by giving them credit if you use dA stock! Also, most Poser/DS Freebie makers greatly appreciate credit, since that is the only compensation they receive. Please show your appreciation to the community by crediting your freebies!
